Can you recreate stars & reference lines?
Recreating the stars here was fairly straightforward, using unicode symbols. The multiple reference lines were more challenging – I used a dual axis chart with very thin bars to create them. I finished this one quickly, so I spent some time afterwards giving it a dark mode look with cool blues.
