Comet chart showing year-on-year sales
This was my first comet chart. The original challenge was to show sales only but I added margin. I was working in e-commerce at the time and saw first-hand how chasing revenue figures can lead to losing money in real terms. In this example, sales for tables remained stable year-on-year but profit sharply dropped.
